Suffolk County Council are looking for a School Crossing Patrol to work on Crowlands Rd, in Haverhill.
Hours of work: 8:15am to 8:55am and 3:10pm to 3:45pm
Monday to Friday term time only, part time.
(6.25 hours per week)
£13.05 per hour (*pay award pending, and includes half pay retainer during school holidays, & holiday allowance.)
You will deliver a valuable service to the local community by providing safe passage to pedestrians who cross the road at this designated point.
You will need to:
- be confident, happy and welcoming to all pedestrians and road users
- be able to decide on the safest way to stop traffic and the best points in time at which to cross.
If you are friendly, outgoing and available during school term times only, then this could be the job for you.
