Welcome to the Boost Engagement Hub

The Engagement Hub provides flexible, trauma-informed alternative provision for children and young people who are struggling to fully access mainstream education. Our approach focuses on rebuilding confidence, emotional wellbeing, positive relationships, and engagement with learning.

We recognise that many children referred to alternative provision have experienced barriers to education including anxiety, social and emotional difficulties, adverse childhood experiences, unmet additional needs, disrupted attendance, exclusion risk, low self-esteem, or difficulties within traditional classroom environments.

Our provision is designed to create a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where children and young people can regulate, reconnect and re-engage.

The Engagement Hub works in partnership with schools, local authorities, parents/carers and professionals to provide personalised support that enables children and young people to achieve positive educational and personal outcomes.

Our Vision

To provide a safe, inclusive, nurturing environment where children and young people feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Our Ethos

The Engagement Hub is built around the belief that relationships, trust, consistency, and emotional safety are essential foundations for learning.

We aim to:

  • Build confidence and resilience
  • Promote emotional wellbeing
  • Encourage positive relationships

  • Support successful reintegration into schools where appropriate
