Haverhill Community Kitchen Coordinator
Haverhill Town Council is seeking a special person to lead on the development of the Haverhill Community Kitchen.
The role would suit someone who has cookery experience and qualifications and who is also able to teach and inspire others.
As well as being the ‘cook-in-charge, the Community Kitchen Co-ordinator will be responsible for making sure that the kitchen is a suitable space for others to deliver cookery sessions as well as being an ambassador for the project. The job incorporates rising to the challenge of delivering the project according to Covid-Secure guidelines.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about healthy food and community-based initiatives. This includes cooking, delivering workshops, understanding the benefits of healthy eating and the reduction of food waste plus liaison with volunteers and developing new relationships to increase the reach of the Haverhill Community Kitchen activities.
